House rules
By booking Bellora, guests agree to the following.
Adults only & maximum occupancy
Bellora is an adults-only property with a strict maximum occupancy of two (2) registered guests. Only the two guests named on the reservation are permitted at Bellora or on the property at any time. No additional visitors or overnight guests are allowed.
No pets
Bellora is a no-pet property. Pets are not permitted inside the cabin or anywhere on the Bellora property.
No visitors, parties or gatherings
Bellora is intended as a private retreat for the two registered guests only. No parties, gatherings, receptions, showers, rehearsal activities or other events are permitted, and visitors are not permitted at the property at any time.
Opal Oak Summit wedding reservations
When booked in connection with a wedding at The Opal Oak Summit, Bellora is strictly reserved for the couple only.
- Family members, the wedding party, wedding guests, vendors, photographers, videographers, hair or makeup professionals, coordinators and other individuals are not permitted at Bellora at any time.
- Bellora may not be used as a bridal suite, getting-ready location, photography location, vendor space or gathering place before, during or after the wedding.
- Bellora is completely off-limits during the wedding and reception — including to the couple staying at Bellora. Access begins only after the reception has officially concluded. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- Reservations made in connection with an Opal Oak Summit wedding are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy
Regular public reservations are subject to the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking. Reservations made in connection with an Opal Oak Summit wedding are non-refundable.
Smoking, quiet enjoyment & property care
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Bellora.
Please respect the peaceful setting and surrounding property. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited.
Please treat Bellora, its furnishings and outdoor spaces with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Registered guests only
The reservation holder is responsible for ensuring these rules are followed. Unauthorized guests or visitors, exceeding the two-person occupancy limit, bringing a pet, or violating the wedding-day access restrictions may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, subject to the booking platform's applicable policies.
